Enrolment Information
Enrolments for the new term commence one month prior to the end of the current term. Full payment is due by the end of the previous term.
The current term is Term 1, from Monday, 6 February 2012 to Saturday, 14 April 2012.
The cost for enrolment in Term 1 is $200.

You can commence classes during the term depending on availability. A sliding scale applies in relation to fees.
New Enrolments
If you have not attended classes at our GymbaROO centre you should:
- Download and complete a Membership Form or complete our online Membership form
- While we endeavour to keep our timetable up to date as to whether we have space available in each class, sometimes classes fill very quickly. Please call Kristie on 0422 312 457 to confirm if there is a space available in your desired class before mailing your enrolment forms.

If you are unable to post your membership form before the term begins, bring the forms and payment along on your first day after checking availability by phone.

Full payment is due by the end of the previous term. If you are unable to pay in full by the end of the previous term, please talk to Kristie.
Trial or Observe a class
Trial classes are available on a very limited basis and only if the class you are interested in is not currently full, please check the class timetable before Contacting Us to apply for a trial class. There is no charge for the trial class if you do not wish to continue.
*This offer is dependent upon availability in a particular class and is only offered to children who have not previously attended GymbaROO. Where there is no availability parents/carers can observe a class, by arrangement.

Cancellations and Refunds
In the event that you need to cancel a confirmed place in a class, refunds will calculated once the position has been filled on a pro rata basis in addition to a $20 administration fee.
