25 Richmond Ave is a free standing building in the Fairbairn precinct. In a previous life it was the base gymnasium and features toilets, showers, a large basketball court and even doubled as a cinema.

From Pialago Ave (the road which circles the airport and passes under the flight path) turn off to Glendora Drive to Fairbairn then through the boom gates on to Fairbairn Ave. The third left is Richmond Ave, we are on the corner of Richmond Ave and Fairbairn Ave.

There are approximately 30 free one hour car parks immediately surrounding the centre with an addition 30 or more free and 300 paid parking spots within a short walk, the paid parking rates start at 50c for 1 hour.
